1. Acceptance

By using Charity Donor Log, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You must use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for your account and for the donor data, notes, documents, and records you create or store in the app.

3. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the donor records and related materials you add to Charity Donor Log. We do not sell your donor data to third parties.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
